Hinnapakkumine on kehtiv, kui esitatud algandmed on t\u00e4ielikud ja vastavad tegelikkusele. Kui kauba tegelikud andmed erinevad pakkumises m\u00e4rgitust, siis vastavalt uutele andmetele arvutatakse \u00fcmber ka kokkumaksumus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maksumus<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Transpordimaksumusele lisandub k\u00e4ibemaks vastavalt Eesti Vabariigi seadustele.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fctuse ja riski lisatasud v\u00f5ivad lennuliinidel muutuda, mist\u00f5ttu soovitame need enne tellimuse esitamist \u00fcle t\u00e4psustada.<\/p>\n<p>Kui tellimuse kinnituses v\u00f5i pakkumises toodud teenustasu v\u00f5i muude tasude v\u00f5i maksete aluseks on kulud v\u00f5i muud elemendid, mis on muus kui arveldamise valuutas, v\u00f5ib teenustasu v\u00f5i mis tahes muude tasude v\u00f5i maksete l\u00f5ppsumma muutuda tulenevalt kohalduva summa konverteerimisest arveldamise valuutasse kuup\u00e4eval, mil saadetis antakse \u00fcle vedajale v\u00f5i klient saab arve, s\u00f5ltuvalt sellest, kumb on varasem. Kui arvet ei ole veel v\u00e4ljastatud ja tegelik \u00fcleandmise kuup\u00e4ev muutub, arvutatakse valuutakurss uuesti vastavalt muudetud \u00fcleandmise kuup\u00e4evale.Kasutatakse Euroopa Keskpanga valuutavahetuse kurssi. Kui arvelduse valuutat ei ole Euroopa Keskpanga andmebaasis, on Balti Logistikal \u00f5igus kohaldada oma \u00e4ran\u00e4gemisel m\u00f5ne muu avaliku andmebaasi valuutakurssi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasumine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Teenuse eest tuleb tasuda sularahas v\u00f5i \u00fclekandega enne kauba \u00e4rasaatmist v\u00f5i k\u00e4ttesaamist. Makset\u00e4htaja pikendust on v\u00f5imalik saada juhul, kui teil on s\u00f5lmitud Balti Logistika\u2019ga krediidileping. Juhul, kui makse tasumisel esineb viivitus, rakendub tasumata summale viivis 0,15% p\u00e4evas kuni t\u00e4ieliku makse laekumiseni, kui ei ole kokku lepitud teisiti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00fchistamine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kaubasaatjal on tellitud veo \u00e4ra\u00fctlemis\u00f5igus kuni selle hetkeni, kui Balti Logistika ei ole alustanud tellimuse t\u00e4itmist. Kui Balti Logistika on alustanud tellimuse t\u00e4itmist ning tellimus t\u00fchistatakse, on Balti Logistika \u00f5igus kompensatsioonile, mis katab tema p\u00f5hjendatud kulutused, kuid mitte rohkem kui kokkulepitud veotasu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arvestusliku kaalu arvutamine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lennutranspordis arvestatakse 1 m3 = 167 kg<br \/>\nMeretranspordis arvestatakse 1 m3 = 1000 kg<br \/>\nRaudtee transpordis arvestatakse 1 m3 = 700 kg<br \/>\nAutotranspordis arvestatakse 1 m3 = 333 kg \/ 1 LDM = 1850 kg<br \/>\nkusjuures hinnaarvutuse aluseks v\u00f5etakse alati suurem kaal (arvestuslik kaal).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reklamatsiooni esitamine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kauba k\u00e4ttesaamisel on kaubasaaja vastutus kontrollida viivitamata saadetise seisukorda. K\u00f5ik v\u00e4lised kahjustused v\u00f5i ebakorrap\u00e4rasused tuleb fikseerida veokirjal\/saatelehel kirjalikult ning teavitada koos lisatud fotodega kahjustustest koheselt Balti Logistika esindajat. Saaja vastutab kauba edasise kahjustumise v\u00e4ltimise eest.<\/p>\n<p>Kahjun\u00f5ude l\u00e4bivaatamine Balti Logistika poolt toimub ainult p\u00e4rast veotasude tasumist. N\u00f5utav summa ei ole tasaarveldatav veotasudega. Vedaja ei vastuta kahju eest, mis on p\u00f5hjustatud kauba olemusest v\u00f5i ebapiisavast pakendamisest.<\/p>\n<p>Reklamatsiooni esitamise t\u00e4htajad:<\/p>\n<p>Osalise kaotsimineku v\u00f5i kahjustuse korral: viivitamatult ja mitte hiljem kui 14 p\u00e4eva p\u00e4rast kauba k\u00e4ttesaamist.<br \/>\nViivituse korral: hiljemalt 21 p\u00e4eva jooksul kauba saabumise kuup\u00e4evast.<br \/>\nT\u00e4ieliku kaotsimineku korral: hiljemalt 120 p\u00e4eva jooksul saatelehe l\u00f5ppkuup\u00e4evast.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vedaja vastutus<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lennusaadetiste puhul on vedaja vastutus kuni SDR 26.00 brutokilogrammi kohta.<br \/>\nMerevedude puhul on vedaja vastutus kuni SDR 2.00 brutokilogrammi kohta.<br \/>\nRaudteevedude puhul on vedaja vastutus kuni SDR 2.00 brutokilogrammi kohta.<br \/>\nMaanteevedude puhul on vedaja vastutus kuni SDR 8.33 brutokilogrammi kohta.<\/p>\n<p>SDR info: http:\/\/www.imf.org\/external\/np\/fin\/data\/rms_sdrv.aspx. V\u00e4\u00e4rtuslike kaupade korral soovitame tellida t\u00e4iskindlustuse.<\/p>\n<p>Balti Logistika ei vastuta lennukompanii broneeringute ja nendes tehtud muudatuste eest.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5ik toimingud sooritatakse l\u00e4htuvalt Eesti Logistika ja Ekspedeerimise Assotsiatsiooni (ELEA) \u00dcldtingimustest, mis on kinnitatud 1. augustil 2000.a. ELEA ja Eesti Kaubandus-T\u00f6\u00f6stuskoja poolt v\u00f5i selle hilisematest parandustest ning Autokaubaveo \u00dcldtingimustest, mis on koosk\u00f5lastatud Eesti Kaubandus-T\u00f6\u00f6stuskoja, Eesti Autoettev\u00f5tete Liidu ja Eesti Rahvusvaheliste Autovedajate Assotsiatsiooniga ning kinnitatud ELEA juhatuse otsusega 27. veebruaril 2007.a. ELEA \u00dcldtingimused piiravad muuhulgas firma vastutust veoste kahjustumise korral ja annavad meile meie k\u00e4sutuses oleva kauba pantimis\u00f5iguse tellitud teenuste ja ekspedeerimiskulude garantiiks. ELEA \u00dcldtingimused ja Autokaubaveo \u00dcldtingimused on k\u00e4ttesaadavad ELEA kodulehek\u00fcljelt www.elea.ee.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Terms and conditions for using Balti Logistika services<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Validity of price offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The price offer is valid until the next offer, but not longer than price offer valid date. The price offer is valid, if the initial information on which it is based is adequate and true. If actual cargo characteristics differ from what is marked in the price offer, the total cost will be re-calculated per actual data.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cost<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>VAT is not included to the rates.<\/p>\n<p>Fuel and security surcharges of the airlines may change. We suggest to re-check levels before placing the order.<\/p>\n<p>If the Service Fee or any other fees or charges indicated in the Order Confirmation or the Offer are based on costs or other components in other currencies than the invoicing currency, then the final amount of the Service Fee or any other fees or charges may be subject to changes due to conversion of the applicable sum to the invoicing currency on the date when Consignment is handed over to the Carrier or when the Client receives the invoice, whichever occurs earlier. The currency exchange reference rates of the European Central Bank are used. If the invoicing currency is not featured in the European Central Bank database, Balti Logistika has the right to apply the currency exchange rates from another public database in its sole discretion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For all services it is possible to pay by bank transfer before shipping or delivery of the goods. Credit terms are only available for customers who have a valid Customer Agreement with Balti Logistika. In case of delayed payments, a default interest of 0.15% per day shall be applied to the outstanding amount until full payment is received, unless agreed otherwise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Terms of cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The consignor has a right to refuse the ordered carriage until the time when the Balti Logistika starts to fulfil the order. If the Balti Logistika has started to execute the order and the order is cancelled, then Balti Logistika is entitled to get compensation which would cover his reasonable costs, but not more than the amount of agreed carriage charge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chargeable weight<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In air freight the weight and volume ratio is 1 cbm = 167 kg.<br \/>\nIn road freight the weight and volume ratio is 1 cbm = 333 kg and 1 LDM = 1850 kg.<br \/>\nIn sea feight the weight and volume ratio is 1 cbm = 1000 kg.<br \/>\nIn railway transport the weight and volume ratio is 1 cbm = 700 kg.<br \/>\nThe bigger one (chargeable weight) will be the basis for price calculation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Filing a claim<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Upon receipt of the shipment, the consignee must immediately inspect the cargo for any visible damage or irregularities. Any discrepancies must be noted on the delivery receipt and Balti Logistika must be notified without delay. Photographs should be taken of the noted issues. The consignee is responsible for preventing any additional damage to the cargo.<\/p>\n<p>Claims will be processed only after all transportation charges have been settled. Claim amounts cannot be deducted from freight charges. The carrier is not liable for damage caused by the inherent nature of the goods or inadequate packaging.<\/p>\n<p>Deadlines for filing a claim:<\/p>\n<p>Partial loss or damage: immediately upon discovery and no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.<br \/>\nDelay: within 21 days from the date the shipment was made available to the consignee.<br \/>\nTotal loss: within 120 days from the completion date of the consignment note.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Carrier\u00b4s liability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In air freight the carrier\u2019s liability is up to SDR 22.00 per gross weight.<br \/>\nIn road freight the carrier\u2019s liability is up to SDR 8.33 per gross weight.<br \/>\nIn sea freight the carrier\u2019s liability is up to SDR 2.00 per gross weight.<br \/>\nIn railway transport the carrier\u2019s liability is up to SDR 2.00 per gross weight.<\/p>\n<p>SDR info: http:\/\/www.imf.org\/external\/np\/fin\/data\/rms_sdrv.aspx. If a shipment is valuable, we recommend to make full transportation insurance.<\/p>\n<p>Balti Logistika is not responsible for airline bookings and alterations made in them.<\/p>\n<p>All forwarding tasks are executed in compliance with the General Conditions of the Estonian Freight Forwarders Association (EFFA) valid from August 1st, 2000 or its latest version. The rules for instance limit the liability of our company in case of damage and give us a lien on goods in our charge as a guarantee for ordered services and forwarding expenses.
